1. Applicability These terms apply to all orders placed via trendsparent-ees.com.

2. Products All products are made to order via print-on-demand. Images on the website are as accurate as possible; minor color differences are reserved.

3. Orders & Payment Orders are binding upon confirmation by email. Payment is made in advance via the available payment methods.

4. Delivery Delivery time is 4–10 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Return & Refund See our Refund Policy. Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.

6. Liability trendsparent-ees is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam.
