Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Submit your withdrawal request via our contact form and include:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return

You will receive an automatic confirmation of your request by email.

Important notice for print-on-demand products

Pursuant to Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. As our products are produced on demand after your order is placed, they may be exempt from the standard withdrawal right.
