Order issues
Because our products are made to order (print-on-demand), we only handle issues involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at transparent.ees@gmail.com with subject: ORDER ISSUE – [order number] and include photos of the issue.

After review, a replacement or refund may be provided where appropriate.

Resolution:
If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Our approach: We handle every case transparently and fairly, and exceptional situations may be reviewed individually
