Return and Refund Policy

Order issues Because our products are made to order (print-on-demand), we only handle issues involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

How to submit a return request If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at trentsparent@gmail.com with subject: ORDER ISSUE – [order number] and include photos of the issue. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

Resolution If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, trendsparent-ees may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. We handle every case transparently and fairly.

Returns the customer don't have to return the product when the issue is confirmed. If for some reason trendsparent-ees ask to return the damaged, defective or incorrect product, we will cover the standard shipping costs. After recieving the product trentsparent-ees will send an email an transfer the shipping costs within 1 or 2 business days.

Return shipping costs For accepted returns (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), trendsparent-ees will cover the full standard return costs of shipping by country. After receiving the returned product trendsparent-ees will send an email within 1 or 2 business days.

Refund / Replacement timing Once we inspected the returned item, refunds or replacements will be processed in 1 or 2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Standard outbound shipping costs are refunded in full where the right of withdrawl(*) applies. Free shipping costs for replacements and will be paid by trendsparent-ees.

Note If a customer returns a product without prior agreement or permission from trendsparent-ees, the customer is solely responsible for all shipping costs. trendsparent-ees is not liable for any costs related to unauthorized returns.
